Track service requests
From the Returns History page, you can view a service return to see shipping and tracking details.
Complete the steps in View returns history to find an order you want to track.
From the Service Request Details section, select the SHIPMENT DETAIL tab to see order information, including the carrier service assigned to the return, location for shipping and tracking number.
In the Tracking# column, click the number. The carrier's website opens where you can see the tracking information for the return.
