Manage serious incidents
You can report a serious incident (adverse event) associated with the use of a product sold by Resmed. A serious incident is any undesirable experience associated with the use of a medical product for a patient, such as:
death
life-threatening illness
temporary or permanent serious health deterioration, impairment or damage
medical or surgical intervention to prevent illness or impairment
hospitalization (initial or prolonged)
injury (likely if malfunction were to occur)
any serious medical events.
